"Prior to forming Smith & Eades, we have had more than 10 years experience in advising all sorts of companies and individuals, from FTSE directors, sole traders, ordinary taxpayers and "pro bono" work for free to people having difficulty with tax bills. Our managing partner, Nick Smith, has worked directly for two of the Big Four accountancy firms, Ernst & Young and KPMG, in the City and for FTSE listed companies. His clients, aside from individuals, have included Granada, Telewest, BBC, Lend Lease (on the development of the Greenwich Peninsula), and Whirlpool.     - If you prefer not to have a fixed fee, we are flexible enough to negotiate any payment method you prefer, either through "per hour" charges or even on a "success" basis, where we invoice you a proportion of tax savings generated.
